AtomicEval is an independent learning platform designed to help users develop skills relevant to AI evaluation and related freelance opportunities.

AtomicEval currently provides digital learning products including the AtomicEval Pro.

AtomicEval is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or acting on behalf of platforms such as Micro1, Outlier, Scale AI, Turing or any other third-party company unless expressly stated.

Users must be at least 16 years old to use AtomicEval.

Users aged 16 or 17 may use paid AtomicEval services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Your AtomicEval account is for your personal use only.

You must not:

• share or sell your account;
• allow another person to use your paid access;
• create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions;
• manipulate assessment results;
• cheat during controlled assessments;
• share restricted assessment questions or answers;
• scrape or copy AtomicEval content; or
• misuse the platform.

AtomicEval may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All AtomicEval lessons, questions, assessments, rubrics, videos, graphics, software and other content remain the intellectual property of AtomicEval or its licensors.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal and non-transferable right to use the content for your own learning.

You may not reproduce, resell, distribute or commercially exploit AtomicEval content without written permission.

Users must follow the instructions provided for each assessment.

Using AI tools, external assistance or other resources during an assessment is prohibited where the assessment specifically states that such assistance is not allowed.

AtomicEval may investigate suspicious activity and restrict access where cheating, manipulation, scraping, fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected.

AtomicEval is an educational platform.

AtomicEval does not guarantee:

• employment;
• freelance projects;
• interviews;
• qualification-test success;
• acceptance by any third-party platform;
• a particular assessment result;
• any particular income or hourly rate; or
• continued availability of freelance opportunities.

Results depend on the individual user and the requirements and decisions of independent third-party platforms or employers.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

AtomicEval does not directly store UPI PINs, CVVs, banking passwords or similar payment authentication credentials.

Prices may change for future purchases. Changes will not normally affect purchases already completed.

Because AtomicEval provides digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for:

• change of mind;
• failure to use or complete the product;
• dissatisfaction with assessment performance;
• failure to obtain employment or freelance work; or
• suspension or termination resulting from a violation of these Terms.

This does not affect any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

AtomicEval may collect answers, feedback, assessment responses and other content submitted by users.

AtomicEval may use such information to operate the Service, provide feedback, improve assessments, develop learning content and improve AtomicEval products.

Where reasonably possible, aggregated or de-identified information may also be used for analytics, research and improvement of AtomicEval’s AI-enabled systems.

Personal data will be handled according to the AtomicEval Privacy Policy.

AtomicEval may update learning material, questions, assessments, features, pricing and platform functionality from time to time.

AtomicEval may also update these Terms when reasonably required.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AtomicEval is not responsible for decisions made by independent employers, freelance platforms or third-party services.

AtomicEval does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer law, disputes relating to AtomicEval shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India.
