Depending on how you use AtomicEval, we may collect:

• name;
• email address;
• phone number;
• account and login information;
• information received through Google Sign-In;
• age range;
• education and employment/student status;
• AI and freelancing experience;
• career and learning goals;
• city and state;
• information about how you discovered AtomicEval;
• assessment answers and explanations;
• scores, attempts and learning progress;
• payment and transaction information;
• customer-support communications; and
• technical information such as IP address, browser, device, login activity and usage information.

AtomicEval does not require users to provide exact salary or income information.

We may use personal information to:

• create and manage accounts;
• provide purchased content;
• maintain learning progress;
• administer assessments;
• provide results and feedback;
• process payments;
• provide customer support;
• improve AtomicEval content and assessments;
• understand how users use the platform;
• prevent fraud, cheating, account sharing and abuse;
• improve security;
• measure advertising and marketing performance;
• send service-related communications; and
• comply with applicable legal requirements.

AtomicEval may use approved AI service providers to assist with:

• evaluating responses;
• generating feedback;
• analysing answers;
• content moderation;
• improving assessments; and
• providing AI-enabled learning functionality.

Information submitted to AI providers will be limited to what is reasonably required for the relevant feature.

Users should not include unnecessary confidential, financial, medical or sensitive personal information in assessment responses.

AtomicEval may use assessment responses and platform interactions to improve:

• learning material;
• assessments;
• scoring methods;
• analytics;
• product features; and
• AtomicEval AI-enabled systems.

Where reasonably possible, such information may be aggregated, anonymised or de-identified before being used for research or broader product improvement.

Payments are currently processed through Razorpay.

AtomicEval may receive transaction details such as:

• order ID;
• payment status;
• amount;
• payment date; and
• relevant billing/contact information.

AtomicEval does not directly store UPI PINs, CVVs, banking passwords or similar payment authentication credentials.

AtomicEval uses:

• necessary cookies required for the Service to function; and
• product analytics (PostHog), to understand how visitors use the Service.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this use of cookies and similar technologies.

AtomicEval does not currently offer a functioning cookie-consent control (such as an “Accept All”, “Accept Only Necessary” or “Customize” banner). This section will be updated if and when such a control is reintroduced.

Necessary cookies cannot be disabled because they are required for login, security and essential functionality. You may be able to limit or block cookies through your browser’s own settings, though this may affect how the Service functions.

AtomicEval permits users aged 16 or older.

Users aged 16 or 17 may use paid AtomicEval services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

AtomicEval may implement additional age or parental-consent verification where required by applicable law.

AtomicEval will not knowingly use known minor accounts for prohibited targeted advertising or behavioural tracking.

AtomicEval may use third-party providers for functions including:

• payment processing;
• website and database hosting;
• authentication;
• analytics;
• advertising measurement;
• email delivery;
• security; and
• AI processing.

These providers may process limited information necessary to perform their services.

Some providers may process information outside India where legally permitted.

AtomicEval does not sell users’ personal data to third parties.

AtomicEval also does not currently share individual assessment scores or private performance information with employers or hiring platforms.

If AtomicEval introduces a talent marketplace in the future, identifiable user profiles will only be made visible to hiring partners through an appropriate opt-in or other lawful basis.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably required to:

• operate your account;
• provide the Service;
• maintain transaction and legal records;
• prevent fraud and abuse;
• resolve disputes; and
• comply with applicable law.

Where appropriate, information may later be deleted or anonymised.

Aggregated or anonymised information that no longer identifies an individual may be retained for analytics, research and product improvement.

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

• access to your personal information;
• correction or updating;
• deletion;
• withdrawal of consent where applicable;
• changes to marketing preferences; or
• resolution of a privacy complaint.

You may also request deletion of your AtomicEval account.

AtomicEval uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for keeping their passwords and login credentials confidential.

AtomicEval may send service-related emails such as payment confirmations, security notices and account communications.

Where permitted, AtomicEval may also send marketing emails.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. This will not prevent necessary account, payment or security communications.

AtomicEval does not currently use users’ phone numbers for promotional WhatsApp or SMS marketing.

AtomicEval may update this Privacy Policy as the Service, technology or applicable laws change.

Any revised version will be published on atomiceval.com with an updated “Last Updated” date.
