Cancellation & Refund Policy

AtomicEval provides digital learning products, including the AtomicEval Pro.

Once payment is successfully completed and access to the purchased digital product has been provided, the purchase is considered final.

AtomicEval generally does not provide cancellations or refunds after access to the purchased digital product has been granted.

Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for reasons including:

• change of mind after purchase;
• failure to start or complete the learning material;
• dissatisfaction with an assessment score;
• failure to clear an assessment conducted by another platform;
• failure to receive a job, freelance project, interview or other opportunity;
• lower-than-expected freelance earnings or opportunities; or
• suspension or termination of an account for violation of AtomicEval’s Terms and Conditions, including account sharing, cheating, fraud, scraping or misuse of the platform.

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or payment is deducted but access is not provided due to a technical or payment-processing issue, please contact us at:

We will review the transaction and provide access, reverse a duplicate payment, or provide another appropriate remedy where applicable.

Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, replacement or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

Where AtomicEval determines that a refund is applicable, the refund will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may depend on Razorpay, your bank or your payment provider.
